What is CBD?

CBD (Cannabidiol) is a natural compound found in the hemp plant. Unlike THC, it does not produce a “high”, with many people taking it as part of their daily wellness routine to support calm, manage stress, and promote a general sense of balance.

Will CBD get me high?

CBD doesn’t produce any psychoactive effects. All our products contain less than 0.2% THC, which is the legal limit in the UK, and far too low to cause any kind of high.

What is the difference between CBD isolate, broad-spectrum, and full-spectrum?

CBD isolate is pure CBD with all other cannabinoids stripped out, while broad-spectrum keeps the other beneficial cannabinoids and terpenes but removes THC. Full-spectrum goes one step further and keeps everything, including amounts of THC. Most of our products use CBD isolate or broad-spectrum, so check individual product pages to see which applies.

What is CBG, and why is it in some products?

CBG (Cannabigerol) is another naturally occurring cannabinoid found in hemp, and like CBD, it won’t get you high. And some of our products combine CBD and CBG because cannabinoids tend to work better together than on their own, which is known as the entourage effect.

Is CBD legal in the UK?

CBD is legal in the UK as long as it comes from an approved hemp strain with no more than the THC threshold of 0.2% and less than 1mg per container, and is classified as a food supplement without any medical claims. And all CBD Calm products meet those requirements.

Which CBD product is right for me? It depends on your lifestyle and preferences:

  • CBD vape kits and e-liquids — fastest absorption, effects felt quickly, ideal for those who already vape

  • CBD gummies and edibles — discreet, tasty, longer-lasting effects

If you are new to CBD, a CBD oil tincture or gummies are a good starting point.

How much CBD should I take? There is no universal dose — everyone's body responds differently. We recommend starting low (around 5–10mg per day) and increasing gradually over a few weeks until you find what works for you. Always check the product label for guidance. If you take any medication or have a medical condition, speak to your GP before using CBD.

What is the difference between your 15ml and 30ml oil options? The 15ml and 30ml sizes contain the same concentration of CBD per ml — the 30ml simply gives you more product. For example, a 15ml 1500mg oil contains 100mg of CBD per ml, and so does the 30ml 3000mg version.

What is a prefilled CBD vape kit?


 A prefilled CBD vape kit comes with everything you need to start vaping CBD straight away — a battery device and a pre-loaded pod or cartridge filled with CBD e-liquid. No filling required. CBD Calm prefilled kits include the CANNABLITZ (1800mg) and Cannabreeze (900mg) ranges.

What are terpenes and why are they in your vape pods?

Terpenes are naturally occurring aromatic compounds found in cannabis and many other plants. They give each strain its distinctive flavour and aroma. CBD Calm uses terpenes sourced from cannabis strains (such as Blue Dream, Grand Daddy Purple, Ghost Train Haze) in our prefilled vape pods to create a more authentic and flavourful experience.

Can I use CBD e-liquid in any vape device?

 CBD e-liquids work best in low-power, mouth-to-lung (MTL) devices. Sub-ohm devices are not recommended as they heat the liquid at too high a temperature. If you are unsure whether your device is compatible, contact us and we will advise.

How long will a prefilled CBD vape pod last?

This varies depending on how frequently you use it. As a rough guide, a 1ml pod used moderately will typically last 1–3 days.

 We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is securely processed at checkout.

Can I cancel or amend my order?

All orders are processed at 3pm each day. Cancellation requests must be submitted before this time by calling +44 161 660 0959 or emailing us. If your order has already been dispatched, it will need to be returned under our returns policy.

 

 

DELIVERY

Do you offer free delivery?

 Yes — CBD Calm offers free delivery on all UK orders over £30. Orders are dispatched Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

How long will my order take to arrive?

Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–5 working days. Next day and express delivery options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Do you deliver internationally?

CBD Calm may ship to some international destinations. Availability and shipping costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your returns policy?

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to return any unused, unopened item within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please use a tracked service as goods remain your responsibility until received by us.

Can I return an opened CBD e-liquid?

No. As e-liquids are a consumable product, we cannot accept returns on any bottles where the seal has been broken or the product has been opened.

What if my prefilled vape is faulty?

Defective prefilled vape products must be returned within 7 working days of dispatch. Each device will be examined for signs of use and to identify the fault. Returns outside this window cannot be accepted.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Are your products third-party lab tested?

 Yes. All CBD Calm products are third-party lab tested to verify cannabinoid content and confirm they meet UK legal requirements. We believe in full transparency — not just promises.

Who should not use CBD?

CBD is not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women, children under 18, or anyone taking prescription medication without first consulting their GP. CBD can interact with certain medications, so always seek medical advice if you are unsure.

Is CBD Calm age-restricted?
