When You Use Our Website

Our website relies on several cookies, used by ourselves and by third parties, to deliver a better service to you. When you browse our products and information, these cookies allow the website to function, help us collect useful information about visitors, and improve your experience as a website user.

When You Submit an Enquiry via our Website

When you submit an enquiry via our website, we will ask for your name, email address, and any details relevant to your query, and we use this information to respond and ensure we've answered it to your satisfaction. We do this based on our legitimate interest in providing you with accurate information about our products before a sale. To keep your information protected while we assist you, we store your enquiry as an email and log it in our customer records system, both of which are held on secure servers within the European Economic Area, and we never use your information for any automated decisions that might affect you.

When You Purchase a Product From our Website

When you purchase products through our website, we ask you to provide your name, billing and delivery addresses, contact details, and email address. We also record your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your computer's identifying address on the internet, which we use to verify that we applied the correct tax to the sale, as required by law.

We pass your credit card details directly to our payment provider. We do not store your credit card details, nor do we share your customer details with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

By law, you can ask us what information we hold about you and ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate. If we have asked for your consent to process your personal data, you can withdraw that consent at any time. Where we process your data with your consent, or to fulfil a contract, you can ask us for a copy of it in a machine-readable format. Where we process your data based on legitimate interest, you can request that we erase it.

If you believe we are not using your information lawfully, you have the right to ask us to stop using it for a period of time. To submit a request regarding any of the above, please use the contact information provided above.

Newsletter Sign-Up

If you opt in to hear from us for a discount code, product updates, or wellness content, we’ll only use your email for that purpose. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, or you can contact us directly to opt out.

How Long We Keep It

We keep order and account information for as long as necessary to fulfil our contract with you, but we never retain your card details. We retain email correspondence for five years from the date it was sent, after which it's securely archived for a further ten years before being permanently deleted, while records in our customer system are kept for five years from your last contact with us. Marketing data, on the other hand, is kept only until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your Right to Complain

If you wish to complain about how we use your information, please contact us directly so we can discuss and resolve your concerns. You also have the right to contact the Information Commissioner's Office directly, which can be done through their website.

Updates to our Privacy Policy

We review this policy periodically to reflect changes in the law and in how we use data. If we plan to use your personal information in a materially new way, we'll let you know and, where required, ask for your consent before doing so.
